1. Integrated combustion configuration system

This series of boilers adopts horizontal internal combustion, full wet back three return structure, and adopts advanced threaded smoke pipe heat transfer technology. The front and rear smoke boxes are equipped with removable doors, and are composed of chassis, shell, thermal insulation, burner, electric control box and corresponding water and electricity lines. Combustible heavy oil, light oil, natural gas and city gas are suitable for heating, air conditioning and production needs of various buildings.

2. Advanced automatic control function

It adopts fully automatic microcomputer program control, integrates intelligent control such as automatic pressure control, flame detection, water shortage protection and automatic alarm, and fool type one key control. It can enter the fully automatic operation state with one click. All safety protection devices start to work without special personnel on duty, so that the operators are more at ease and worry free.

3. Structural design of Safety Science

It is equipped with multiple interlocking protection devices such as safety valve, pressure controller and water level control protector, which is absolutely safe and reliable. The finned water pipe tubular furnace liner structure is adopted to effectively compensate the thermal expansion and prevent the generation of thermal expansion and cold contraction stress, so as to make the boiler structure safe and reliable and prolong the service life.

4. High quality and fast steam

The unique design of small water volume and large steam cellar can enable you to obtain steam in the shortest time. There is an internal and external steam water separation device to ensure high dryness and high-quality steam.

Manufacturing basis

1. The boiler design and manufacture shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of the supervision regulation on safety technology of steam boiler.

2. The heating surface materials and welding rods and wires used in the boiler shall have quality certificates.

3. The boiler shall be manufactured in accordance with JB / t1618 technical conditions for manufacturing pressure parts of shell boiler.

4. Boiler welding shall be carried out in accordance with JB / t1613 technical conditions for welding of boiler pressure components.

5. The welding of boiler pressure components must be performed by welders who have passed the examination in the rules for examination and management of welders for boiler, pressure vessel and pressure pipeline.

6. The boiler nondestructive testing shall be carried out according to the provisions of JB / t4730 nondestructive testing of pressure equipment and Article 82 of supervision regulations on safety technology of steam boiler. 100% flaw detection shall be carried out on the welding joints, and it is qualified if the quality is not lower than II.

7. After the boiler is manufactured, it shall be carried out according to JB / t1612 technical conditions for boiler hydrostatic test, and the test pressure is 1.2MPa.
