Manufacturing basis
1. The boiler design and manufacture shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of the supervision regulation on safety technology of steam boiler.
2. The heating surface materials and welding rods and wires used in the boiler shall have quality certificates.
3. The boiler shall be manufactured in accordance with JB / t1618 technical conditions for manufacturing pressure parts of shell boiler.
4. Boiler welding shall be carried out in accordance with JB / t1613 technical conditions for welding of boiler pressure components.
5. The welding of boiler pressure components must be performed by welders who have passed the examination in the rules for examination and management of welders for boiler, pressure vessel and pressure pipeline.
6. The boiler nondestructive testing shall be carried out according to the provisions of JB / t4730 nondestructive testing of pressure equipment and Article 82 of supervision regulations on safety technology of steam boiler. 100% flaw detection shall be carried out on the welding joints, and the quality shall not be lower than
II and II are qualified.
7. After the boiler is manufactured, it shall be carried out according to JB / t1612 technical conditions for boiler hydrostatic test, and the test pressure is 1.2MPa.
8. Refer to JB / t1615-91 for painting, packaging and transportation of boiler.
